Here the portrait experience is about you! We will completely customize and style the session to fit you. My goal is to capture authentic photos that represent who you truly are. All you have to do is be yourself. We will have fun, laugh a lot, take gorgeous photographs, all while having an amazing time. If you're nervous or you think you're awkward in front of the camera, that's completely normal! Everyone is that way, including me! I will be right there directing and helping you the entire time so you don't feel lost or uncomfortable. Just be yourself and by the end of the photo shoot, you'll be a pro model!

frequently asked questions
Yes I do! I do mini sessions upon request. If you have young children, or you're a senior who wants a quick shoot, a mini session is for you! Contact me and we can get that arranged!
Do you offer mini sessions?
I like to send you your preview within 1-3 days after your session. For your full gallery, I typically deliver it within 3-4 weeks.
How long will it take to get my photos back?
I ensure a minimum of 50 images for lifestyle sessions and 70 for portraits and couples! I like to take a lot of photos at the session and I deliver all of my favorite images, so you generally receive well over that amount. :)
How many photos do you deliver in a gallery?
No worries! In Michigan, it's possible to experience all four seasons in one day! That being said, we can definitely reschedule if the weather is being crazy.
What happens if the weather is bad?
I'm based out of Grand Rapids, MI but I am more than happy to come to you! I do charge a travel fee outside of a 35 mile radius. Need more info? Send me a message and I'll respond as soon as possible!
Where are you located and are you willing to travel?
Whatever is you! If you are unsure of what you should wear, I can help! I have a style guide available to help you choose outfits. Message me if you'd like a copy or you have more questions. I love fashion and style and am happy to assist you if needed. :)
What should I wear?
I would describe my photography style as natural and light. My approach to sessions is laid back and fun. I believe that hurrying around makes things stressed and we don't want that. I want you to be completely comfortable and relaxed during the whole shoot!
